Yes, this can all be done virtually if you prefer. However, if you prefer in-person appointments, we can accommodate this as well.

Medications are either shipped directly to you or they are picked up in our clinic once a month.

No refunds are available. However, we will work with you to find another treatment option that may be more suitable for you.

No fee for cancellations with >24 hours notice. If <24 hours notice you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

No, there are no contracts or membership fees required. For injectable weight loss medication, you only pay when we order a vial of medication for you. If you opt for oral weight loss medication, you will have a recurring fee - this can be cancelled at any time without penalty.

You will generally receive your medication and supplies 2-5 business days after your appointment.
