This treatment is particularly beneficial for men looking to address low testosterone levels while avoiding the potential side effects associated with traditional TRT and/or to preserve fertility. We offer this as both a monotherapy option or combined with a TRT regimen to preserve fertility.

This is a free service for your first appointment. We will discuss your symptoms and determine if a diagnostic workup is appropriate for you.

*In order to safely start a hormonal replacement program, an initial thorough workup is necessitated. This initial workup is not provided by your monthly package and can range from $50 to $250. We partner with Quest Diagnostics Lab here in Spokane, WA to bring you a heavily discounted and affordable workup. All ongoing labs are covered with your monthly package.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FREE SCREENING CONSULTATION:
This will be ~30 minute visit, either in person or telehealth, where we will review your symptoms and discuss screening for hypogonadism (low testosterone).
INITIAL CONSULTATION
(following screening consultation):
If it is determined that you would be a good candidate for hormonal replacement therapy (HRT), this will be your second appointment, either in person or telehealth, lasting about 60 minutes. We will review your labs together and discuss a treatment plan. If you choose in person, body composition analysis will be performed at this time as well.
FOLLOW-UP VISIT:
You will have a follow up visit around 3 months after beginning HRT. New labs will be reviewed to ensure dosing is safe and effective. Then, we can switch to every 6 months for maintenance to review labs and symptoms. These appointments will take about 20 minutes and can be in-person or telehealth.
